I had such a cozy stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed that felt like a warm hug after a long day of exploring. Plus, the location was super convenient, just a hop away from all the fun attractions!

Despite the friendly staff, the conditions of the room were far from acceptable. The bathroom lacked a mirror, and there were holes in the bathtub alongside dead bugs scattered on the floor. My daughter was genuinely scared to sleep in such an environment.

Just a good pick for a weekend jaunt in Charlotte with fantastic value. The room I stayed in had a lingering smoke smell, but I expected worse for the price. Look for another place if cleanliness is a priority.
